Roca Moo is a restaurant that offers a variety of three tasting menus based on the balance of flavors and the exclusivity of Catalan cuisine. The menu Joan Roca and the menu The Classics can be combine with an exquisite pairing of wines from which the client can choose, we highly recommend you to try the pairing of wines, since the chef Juan Pretel and the Sommelier Cecilia Guedes do a very careful work to perfectly combine each dish with the most suitable wine.

Inside the menu, which both hotel guests and visitors from the street can enjoy, you can find dishes made with top quality products and a notable regularity in their preparation, such as the Raya rayada, our Mediterranean garden, Plankton gnocchi in sea pesto, Pickled partridge ravioli and Ni chicha ni Limoná. Very creative dishes with marked flavors elaborated under the direction of Chef Juan Pretel whose kitchen is also advised by the recognized Roca Brothers; Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca, who participate as gastronomic consultants of the Roca Moo since its inauguration in 2003.
