26/4/17 Roca Brothers, the future of the haute cuisine

The Roca Brothers created the Roca Moo gastronomic project at the Hotel Omm, in the beginning they did not imagine the great success the Roca Moo was going to achieve thanks to their work as gastronomic advisors of our restaurant. Nevertheless, is that if for some reason these three brothers stand out in addition to their simplicity, humility and great talent is because they always put an extra effort and dedication to all their projects. Which we believe is essential in the recipe of their success as the main exponents of Catalan gastronomy.

5/4/17 The exclusive experience of sampling gastronomy with a Michelin Star

Catalonia is a province that, in addition to be known for its exquisite tourist offer, is also known for its original and exclusive variety of Michelin-starred restaurants. So much is the importance of Catalan gastronomy that our region tops the list of restaurants with Michelin Stars in the Spanish territory with 54 starred establishments, and among these 54 is our restaurant with Michelin Star, the Roca Moo.

Hotel Omm and Grupo Tragaluz could not be more happy and proud for the success of the Roca brother´s, our gastronómics chefs, who advise Roca Bar and Roca Moo. This time is due the exhibition celebrating the 30th anniversary of El Celler de Can Roca will be open to the public at the Palau Robert from 22 November to 23 April 2017.
